Terms of Use.
Version 2026-10-06.2. Everyone who uses the Aqua0 app signs these statements with their wallet:
- I am not a US person. I am not a citizen or resident of the United States, I do not represent a company or other entity formed there, and I am not acting for anyone who is.
- I am not in the United States or in any other restricted place, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. I am not using a VPN, proxy or any other tool to appear to be somewhere else.
- I am not a restricted person. I am not named on a sanctions list, I am not owned or controlled by anyone who is, and I am not using Aqua0 for anyone who is.
- Aqua0's smart contracts have not been audited by an independent security firm. They have been reviewed with automated and AI-assisted security tools, which can miss bugs.
- I use Aqua0 at my own risk. I am responsible for any loss of funds, including loss caused by a bug in or an attack on the smart contracts.
Restricted access. The Aqua0 protocol and the services offered through this website by Cross Margin Labs, Inc. are not directed at, and may not be accessed or used by, any US person — meaning any individual located or resident in the United States, or any entity organized under the laws of the United States — or by any person located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions). Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to any such person. By accessing or using this website or the protocol, you represent and warrant that you are not a US person, are not acting for the benefit of a US person, and are not subject to sanctions. Every user confirms this in the Terms of Use they sign before using the app.
